Welcome to SAMOZASHITA. By using samozashita.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We may cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to supply the product. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

2. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Some SAMOZASHITA pieces are sold as pre-orders.

This means the item is produced after the pre-order period closes.

Estimated shipping is 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window ends.

Some products may require a minimum number of orders to enter production. If the minimum for a specific product is not reached, that product will be cancelled and automatically refunded in full.

Delays can happen. If there is a significant change to the expected timeline, we will contact you.

4. PRODUCTS

SAMOZASHITA pieces may feature:

• acid washing
• fading
• distressing
• raw finishes
• intentional imperfections

Because of these processes, slight differences in colour, wash, print and distressing between individual pieces are normal.

Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to production tolerances.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SAMOZASHITA branding, photography, graphics, designs and original website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. WEBSITE USE

Do not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers or our rights.

7. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, SAMOZASHITA is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
